The Legal Warranty applies to all purchases made on Securlab. It has a duration of 24 months for end consumers and 12 months for professionals or those using the product for professional purposes. By law, any defects must be reported to Securlab within 8 days of their discovery. The Legal Warranty does not cover accidental damage or faults resulting from improper use of the product. For more details, see the specific section of the terms of sale.

Manufacturer Conventional Warranty
In addition to the legal warranty, products sold on the website may also be covered by a "conventional" warranty offered by the manufacturer. This means that warranty terms may be extended beyond what is required by law; for example, some electrocardiographs may have a longer warranty.

You can request the invoice directly at checkout by providing the details required for issuance (VAT number, PEC, Tax Code, SDI) or obtain a copy or delivery note by contacting the dedicated offices:
