Binding Terms of Use.

Access to and use of the site www.securlab.it belongs to and is managed by Securlab srl. with registered office in Rome Via Madonna del Riposo,75, registered with the R.E.A. n. 992712 Tax Code and VAT number 06815091001, are governed by these Conditions of Use and imply acceptance of them.

Product delivery methods

Securlab will deliver the Products, selected and ordered, to the Customer via national couriers and/or trusted shippers, or personally with its own representatives.
Delivery of the Products is subject to payment by the Customer of the relevant price with the payment method chosen from those made available by Securlab.
The tax documentation (invoice) is issued by Securlab based on the data relating to the user coding carried out when registering on the site.

Intellectual property rights

The contents of securlab.it, such as, by way of example, the works, images, photographs, music, sounds and videos, slogans, documents, drawings, figures, logos and any other material, in any format, published on securlab.it, including menus, web pages, graphics, colors, schemes, tools, characters and the design of the Site, diagrams, layouts, and the software that are part of the site are protected from copyright and any other intellectual property rights of Securlab.it and other rights holders. Reproduction, in whole or in part, in any form by securlab.it of its contents is prohibited, without the express written consent of Securlab. You are therefore solely authorized to view the Site and its contents and to carry out all those other temporary acts of reproduction, without any economic significance of their own, which are considered transitory or accessory, an integral and essential part of the same display of securlab.it and its contents and all other navigation operations on the Site which are carried out only for legitimate use of securlab.it and its contents.

• Securlab has adopted every useful precaution in order to assure its users that the contents of securlab.it are accurate and do not contain incorrect or outdated information, with respect to the date of their publication on the Site and, as far as possible, also subsequently. However, Securlab does not assume any responsibility towards users for the accuracy and completeness of the contents published by Securlab on the Site, without prejudice to its liability for willful misconduct and gross negligence and except as otherwise provided by law.
• You will be solely responsible for your use of securlab.it and its contents. Securlab cannot be held responsible for any use of the Site and its contents that does not comply with current laws by each of its users, without prejudice to liability for willful misconduct and gross negligence.

• In addition to what is indicated above, the Securlab. S.r.l. and its assignees are exempted from any liability for any delays or performance problems directly or indirectly resulting from: disasters and natural agents; failures due to the Internet network, computers or IT and telecommunications equipment; strikes, labor disputes, demonstrations, insurrections, civil demonstrations, lack of manpower or materials; fires, floods, storms, explosions; uncontrollable actions, wars, terrorist acts; government interventions, orders of national or international courts or tribunals; employee negligence or failure to perform by third parties; electrical faults, drops or fluctuations in heat, light, air conditioning.

Purchase procedure

To proceed with the purchase, the User must select the desired products, choose the payment and shipping methods, and carefully check the correctness of the information entered on the order summary page. After verifying the information, the User can confirm the order and proceed to pay the amount due, including the price, taxes and other expenses specified on the order summary page. For each order it is possible to specify an additional address for delivery of goods if necessary.

Modification and cancellation of the order

Once the product has been delivered to the carrier, no order can be modified and/or canceled by the User, who can still exercise the right of withdrawal once the product has been received.

In case of modification of an order, the price of the new products will be that indicated on the site at the time of the modification if they are products different from those covered by the original order, while the price indicated at the time of the order will remain applicable if the modification concerns only the quantity of the products already ordered.

The modification and cancellation of the order can be made by telephone or email, always provided that the product has not yet been delivered to the carrier.
