Shipping, Delivery Times and Costs
With Securlab you shop in complete safety: we deliver throughout Italy relying on the best national express couriers, with tracking from the evening of shipment and dedicated assistance at every stage of the order.
How we deliver
Standard delivery is made to the address you indicate when ordering, at street level (not on the floor), between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm, according to the courier's schedule.
The courier does not call in advance; if no one is available, they will leave a note.
If you have special requirements (delivery by appointment, on the floor, or by 12:00 pm), you can activate one of the optional services directly in your cart (see the "Optional Delivery Services" section on this page).

The shipping cost, where applicable, is always clearly indicated in the cart summary, before confirming the order.
Delivery times
The time to receive the order is the sum of two phases: shipping (when the order leaves) and transit (how long it takes the courier to deliver it).
When your order leaves
Thanks to the real-time connection between our warehouse and the site, on every product page you will always find the updated shipping time, indicated by an availability traffic light:

Products that are temporarily unavailable have this indicated directly on the product page.
If an order includes products with different availability, it is usually shipped in a single delivery upon completion of the entire order.

Notes: Times are expressed in working days/hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) and are indicative. The wording "shipped in 24/48h" refers to the departure of the order, not the delivery: the courier's transit time must always be added to the shipping time. In the major and minor islands, in some cases, the material can also arrive within 48 hours.
Tracking and transport document
- The very evening of the shipment you will receive the courier's tracking number via email, with which to monitor the shipment in real time until delivery.
- The transport document (DDT) is sent to the email address provided during the order.
Optional delivery services
To schedule or facilitate the delivery of your products, you can select one of the following additional services that can be activated during the shopping cart process, with a small additional cost indicated at the time of selection:

| Delivery before 12:00 PM | 10,00 € | On the day the shipment arrives at its destination, the courier delivers it before 12:00 PM (instead of the usual 9:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule). The service advances the delivery time within the scheduled day, not the date. |
Unsuccessful delivery
If the courier does not find the recipient upon arrival, they leave a notice of attempted delivery and the goods are kept available for a new attempt. We advise you to provide an address and contact details where the goods can be received during working hours when ordering.
Anomalies and damage upon delivery
Before signing the shipping document, with the courier present, check that:
- the number of packages matches the number indicated on the shipping document (or delivery note/courier's PDA);
- the labels on the packages contain the correct address;
- the packaging is intact and free of any damage or tampering (e.g., non-original tape used by the carrier, damaged boxes, etc.).
If you notice an anomaly, please note your reservation on the document, specifying the problem, or refuse the shipment, stating the reason (partial delivery, incorrect address, damaged packaging).
If you notice damage to the material inside the package after delivery (the package is intact but the goods are damaged), contact us within 2 days of delivery via the Contact Us page to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Once authorization is obtained, send us the document with all the shipment information (transport document number and date, product code, quantity) and a description of the damage within 14 days. We will send you the replacement material as soon as possible.
