How can I return a product?

On Securlab.it you can return a product if it is not compliant or damaged or different from the one ordered.
Or you can apply the right of withdrawal which allows you to return the purchased product, regardless of the reason for which you intend to exercise it, no later than more than 14 days from the date of receipt of the order placed. It is possible to return all or part of the products purchased in the context of the single order.

NB: In the event that the return is due to change of mind, therefore not attributable to damaged products or products that do not conform to what was ordered, the shipping costs for the returned goods are borne by the customer.

 

Procedure for making a return

  1. Go within the "Contacts" page which can be found at the bottom of the website in the Company Info section
  2. In the "Topic" field, within the drop-down menu select "Return request"
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Enter any attachment
  5. Write in the message the reasons why you want to make the return, specifying the order number and the codes of the items on which you want to exercise the return.
  6. To be able to proceed with the shipment of the return you will have to wait for authorization from our logistics by attaching the return form with your DDT to avoid the package being lost in the warehouse. Otherwise it will not be possible to make a refund.

Note: For damaged/broken products, or those that you consider different from those you ordered, it is strongly recommended to include a photograph of the products or the package tag, which you can attach to the return request by clicking on "Choose file".
