QUANTITATIVE MEASUREMENT OF GLUCOSE LEVELS:

glucose monitoring is a very important part of diabetes treatment.
Regularly
checking blood glucose makes it possible to assess the effectiveness of diet, physical
activity, and medication.
The strips automatically draw a small amount of blood
from the end.
The Accu-Chek Guide measuring system provides plasma-calibrated
results that allow easy comparison with laboratory tests.

Instructions
for use:
To perform self-monitoring testing, you need a blood glucose meter,
a test strip, and a lancet device
Then proceed as follows:
• Wash
and dry your hands carefully
• Use warm water to stimulate blood circulation
in the fingers
• Prick the side of the fingertip using the lancet device
to obtain a drop of blood
• Apply the drop to the test strip following
the instructions
• Wait a few seconds to obtain the results

Warnings:
•The
Accu-Chek Guide test strips are used with the Accu-Chek Guide blood glucose meter
•
Store the test strip package in a cool, dry place at a temperature between 4°C and
30°C.
• Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
• Do
not refrigerate.
• Store the test strips exclusively in the original container;
do not transfer them to a new strip vial or other
containers
• The
test strips are for single use only
• Never reuse a strip on which blood
or control solution has already been applied
