Designed to ensure a constant vertical laminar flow, this hood offers optimal protection during the handling of infectious agents belonging to Risk Groups 2 and 3.

Technical Features

The ASALAIR ATLANTIC HOOD is equipped with an advanced microprocessor that controls all functions, ensuring reliable and consistent performance. The 7-inch touch screen LCD control panel allows easy access and monitoring of settings.

Air Flow and Filtration

• Uniform air flow: The vertical laminar flow consists of streams of sterile air moving parallel, creating a homogeneous airflow without turbulence.


• Advanced filtration: Contaminated particles are filtered through HEPA filters (H14 - 99.995%) and, if necessary, also by activated carbon filters, ensuring a sterile working environment.


• ULPA option: Available with ULPA filters (Ultra Low Penetration Air) with an overall efficiency of 99.9995% class U15, for sterile air flows in class 10 at 0.3 microns.
