General Description:
The Asalair Carbo mod. 1200-1500-1800 F.A. is a benchtop chemical exhaust hood with molecular filtration, equipped with an active carbon filter. It is ideal for protecting personnel and the environment during the handling of organic and inorganic substances that produce toxic or foul-smelling vapors. However, it does not protect the handled product from external contamination.

Main Features:

  Active Carbon Filter: Absorbs most aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, solvents, organic vapors, ketones, alcohols, organic acids, esters, halogens, unpleasant odors, and sulfur compounds. For other substances such as ammonia, aldehyde, acid gases, iodine, and mercury, it is available with a specific impregnated carbon filter.

  Dual Suction System: Allows the extraction of heavy and light vapors through a rear counter wall, directing them to the adsorbent filters, supported by the front airflow.

  Automatic Suction Adjustment: The suction air speed automatically varies with the front opening, maintaining a constant protective barrier.
