Instructions for Use:

1. 
   Preparation: Take an adequate volume of suspension and inoculate the material to be tested, protecting it properly to avoid dispersion of the spores.
   


2. 
   Placement: Place the inoculated material in the critical points of the autoclave. Use two units for autoclaves up to 250 liters and six or more units for autoclaves with greater capacity.
   


3. 
   Sterilization: After the sterilization cycle, aseptically transfer the material into a container with culture medium suitable for the growth of the microorganism.
   


4. 
   Incubation: Incubate at 55-60°C for 7 days or for a validated shorter time. In parallel, incubate an unsterilized sample as a positive control.
   


5. 
   Evaluation: Check the appearance of the medium: a change indicates microbial growth and ineffective sterilization; an unchanged appearance confirms successful sterilization.
   

Storage and Shelf Life:
Store at 2-8°C to ensure product validity until the indicated expiration date. After use, containers with changed medium must be autoclaved at 121°C for at least 30 minutes before disposal.
