HOW TO USE THE TEST

1. Remove the sterile swab from the pouch.


2. 
   Moisten the tip of the swab by dipping it in a test tube with sterile saline solution.
   


3. 
   Remove excess liquid by pressing the swab against the walls of the test tube.



4. 
   Rub the swab on a surface of 10x10 cm in both horizontal and vertical directions.
   


5. 
   Insert the swab into the test tube with the culture medium.
   


6. 
   Cap the test tube and note the date and sampling point.
   


7. Incubate the test tube at 37°C for 18-24 hours.
