Test Procedure:

1. 
   Remove a tube from the package and unscrew the cap with the swab.
   


2. 
   Remove excess liquid from the swab by pressing it against the walls of the tube.
   


3. 
   Rub the swab over the surface to be tested, making horizontal and vertical movements to ensure complete sampling. For a delimited area, the Sampling Template 10x10 (ref. 96762) can be used.
   


4. 
   Place the swab back into the tube, screw on the cap and note the date and sampling point.
   


5. 
   Transport the sample to the laboratory for analysis according to standard methods. The tube can be incubated directly during the pre-enrichment phase.
