INADINE™ NON-ADHESIVE PVP-I DRESSING

Low-adherence knitted viscose non-adherent dressing, impregnated with a polyethylene glycol (PEG) base containing 10% povidone-iodine.

Protects wounds even when infected, with a long-lasting antimicrobial effect against bacteria, mycobacteria, fungi, protozoa and viruses, including resistant species such as methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA).

Inadine minimizes adherence to the wound bed, thereby reducing pain for the patient and the risk of damaging granulation tissue upon removal.

If the color changes from orange to white, it means that the dressing has lost its antiseptic effectiveness and must be changed.

Indicated for ulcerative lesions, to prevent infections in the case of minor burns and for traumatic skin lesions and highly infected wounds.
