INTENDED USE
Reagent for performing the indole test on Enterobacteriaceae. The test is intended as an aid to diagnosis, and
additional tests are required to complete the diagnostic results.

DESCRIPTION
Kovac's Reagent Droppers is used to determine the ability of bacteria, especially Enterobacteriaceae, to
produce indole through the deamination of tryptophan.
