The Mir Spirodoc Spirometer with portable software is a mini 3D laboratory for respiratory analysis, designed to offer two operating modes: doctor and patient. This advanced device complies with ATS/ERS standards and offers a complete solution for specialized analysis, screening, and home monitoring of lung function.

Customized Operating Modes

The Mir Spirodoc is designed with customizable functions based on the operating mode:

• Doctor Mode: Advanced parameters for detailed diagnosis.


• Screening Mode: Reduced parameters for rapid analysis.


• Home Mode: Simplified version for everyday use at home.

The device measures various parameters including FVC, VC, IVC, MVV, PRE-POST and offers accurate spirometry interpretation even after the use of bronchodilators. It records up to 10,000 tests and automatically converts data to BTPS.

3D Accelerometer with Motion Analysis

The Mir Spirodoc integrates a 3D accelerometer that analyzes movement, correlating saturation (%SpO2) with physical activity. This includes features such as a pedometer and motion analysis (VMU), making it a versatile device for monitoring respiratory health.

Questionnaire for Home Symptom Monitoring

The device offers an easy and quick questionnaire for symptom entry, with a customizable configuration that includes a wide choice of symptoms and questions about quality of life. This data is automatically stored in the daily diary, facilitating continuous monitoring.
