The Multi-Drug Surface/Solid Test is rapid and requires no instrumentation. It uses monoclonal antibodies to detect high levels of specific drugs on surfaces and solids.

Test Principle:
During the test, the sample migrates upward by capillary action. If the drug is present below the cut-off level, the antibody binding sites will not be saturated, and a colored line will appear in the test area. If the drug is present above the cut-off level, the line will not form. A line in the control area confirms that the test is working correctly.

Reagents:
Each test line contains a mouse anti-drug monoclonal antibody and drug-protein conjugates. The control line contains goat anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal antibodies and rabbit IgG.

Instructions for Use:
 

For Surfaces:

1. Swipe the strips over the surface to be tested.


2. Remove the cap from the supplied bottle.


3. Fill the buffer into the protective cap.


4. Insert the Multi-Test into the cap with the buffer.


5. Wait 5 minutes to read the results.

For Solids:

1. Insert the solid into the buffer.


2. Close and shake the bottle briefly.


3. Fill the buffer into the protective cap.


4. 
   Insert the Multi-Test into the protective cap with the buffer.
   


5. Wait 5 minutes to read the results.

Interpretation of Results:

• 
  Negative: Colored line in the control area (C) and in the test area (T).
  


• 
  Positive: Colored line in the control area (C) and no line in the test area (T).
  


• 
  Invalid: No line in the control area (C). Repeat the test.
  
  
  

Quality Control:
The control line (C) confirms that the test is working correctly. It is recommended to test positive and negative controls to confirm the procedure and the performance of the test.
